ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia. Informed sources have confirmed to FBC-News that an
Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) has landed in Addis Ababa.  According to many
residents contacted by our reporters, the UFO spacecraft was seen hovering around
the city before making an abrupt stop in mid air. The spacecraft later landed in a
locality known as Gulele Sefer. “It was fast! Very fast! It flew in circles before it
stopped in the middle of the sky. I have never seen anything like it before” said one
34 year old resident named Sintayew Geremew.

Three aliens were later seen walking out of the UFO spacecraft shortly after its
landing. One resident who asked to remain anonymous reported witnessing the three
aliens being received and driven away by a Federal Police vehicle to an unknown
location.  However, it was not immediately clear whether the aliens were being
escorted to a meeting with top government officials.

Earlier this morning, the leaders of three opposition parties, Dr. Beyene Petros,
Mr. Temesgen Zewde, and Mr. Bulcha Demeksa released a joint press statement
condemning the space aliens for landing in Ethiopia at a time when ‘democratic’
issues in the country were still unresolved. Temesgen Zewde was, however,
immediately contradicted by another Kinijit leader who claimed that his party would be
holding public meetings before deciding whether to condemn or indorse the alien
    landing.

Meanwhile in North America, Mr. Elias Kifle and other Kinijits have called for a
demonstration as well as a candle-light-vigil in front of Area-51 of Nevada. “We will be
demanding that the aliens endorse HR-2003 among other things” said Mr. Kifle. “we
will be demonstrating under the banner ‘Aliens For Democracy (AFD)’” Mr. Kifle added.

New reports also indicate that Prime Minister Meles Zenawi gave a press briefing
to the international media this afternoon.  The Prime Minister was quoted as saying
“My government has no problem with the UFO/aliens landing in Ethiopia as long as it
doesn’t stand in the way of our limat (development)”. When asked whether the aliens
risk being arrested and sent to Kaliti, the Prime Minister responded by saying “Not as
long as they respect the constitution.  Otherwise, we will give them until the 11th light-
    year!”

Just in time to selebrate the Ethiopian melinium, an alien space craft
seems to have landed in Addis.
